The avg is not working since the day 01/jan.
On the control panel shows "disconnected" and the online account
does not connect to the server.
This is very bad for a backup served paid.

For your info....

In conjunction with AVG Tech Support the AVG Team are also now monitoring this new 'paid for' section of the new forum so someone should spot your posting! They may enter the forum @ anytime. Look out for the AVG logo avatar! The AVG Team are based @ Brno in the Czech Rep but please bear in mind it's now very early Wednesday morning there (Czech Rep time 00:23). Please be patient as AVG employees are available in CET working hours and you may not get an answer immediately.

Hello rnichetti,

Although temporary AVG LiveKive server connection drops may occur if you are experiencing network connectivity issues, these should not persist for several days (or should not occur if you network connection is perfectly OK). Please provide us with AVG LiveKive log files as described here (paragraph C). Kindly include an msinfo output with your reply.

The same problem occurs on another device and also at work. The connection is good for all other computer functions.

Now LiveKive connects, but the queue is stopped.
My account don't have connection to the server.

We are sorry for delayed answer. Developers informed us that the issue was caused by connecting to a server which has undergone maintenance at the time.

Please reset and repair your upload queue as described here (paragraph E) Commands -> Reset queue and configuration). Kindly inform us whether the situation is rectified. If not, please attach the most recent log files for further investigation.
