If Unspecified error occurs in AVG, please try to perform a Memory test and Harddrive check.

If the tests come out clean (no errors), and you still get 'Unspecified error' please provide us with:
1) MSinfo output.
2) few recent dump files from this folder:
WinXP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVG2012\Dumps
Win Vista/7:
C:\ProgramData\AVG2012\Dumps

3) all AVG logfiles

Pack requested files in an archive (zip file) and provide us with them.
You can upload it to your favorite online storage or to AVG FTP server.
